Thanks for trusting us with your repairs! Before you seal up your package, take a quick look through this checklist:

  • Wrap your tools in bubble wrap, paper towels, or any other material that will help protect them during shipping.

  • Be sure to place a printed Repair Request Form inside your package.

  • If you're mailing instruments, we recommend using a box to help prevent sharp tips from poking through the packaging.

  • Print and securely tape the mailing label below to the outside of your package.

Don't have packaging?

Call (866) 349-3070 and we'll mail you a secure prepaid repair mailer — box, padding, and label, at no charge.

Most repairs ship back within 1–2 business days of arriving at our shop in Altamont, Illinois.
