Sending instruments? We ask for a minimum of 10 at a time to help with postage costs, and they should ship in sterilization bags, bagged according to handle marking. State regulation requires instrument tips to match handle markings — all re-tipping will match the handle.

Pack your handpiece and attach the prepaid label. We pay postage in both directions.
We inspect it free and call you with the exact price before any work begins.
Most repairs ship back within 1–2 business days of arriving in Altamont.
