Please keep all instruments in sterilization bags during shipping, please have them bagged according to handle marking.
We request a minimum of 10 instruments at a time to help us with our postage costs
State Regulation requires that all instrument tips match the handle markings. All re-tipping will match the handle.

Make sure to include this information in the package, even if you’ve filled out the form online: contact information, the office name, why you’re sending it in, and if you want an estimate or not
Place your items in a package, a box is requested by U.S.P.S. for instruments (they’ve been poked)

Tape it up, mail it out, and relax, knowing we’ve got you covered

We always cover shipping both ways, but please make sure when you’re mailing your items in, they are secure. We do not want things falling out or getting lost!

Returns
In the event you need to make a return you can do so with most new, unopened packages within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on our part. (This would be the case if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
You should expect to receive a refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly than the two-week mark. Those two weeks include the shipping time, the processing time once we receive the package, and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how you should go about returning the items from your order.
